Achete voiture d'un collectioneur Allemange (Juin 2006)
Audi GLS, en tres bon état. 85 cheveux, rouge, interieur beige, GLS 133000km

Enfin decider de ne plus rouler 'originale' . Un peu changer, mais reste 'retro'. Acheter jante en suspension.

Je regrette que j'ai attender deux ans de faire ca. La audi est plus belle avec les jantes en suspension. Avant pas beaucoup gens regarder l'audi. Maintenant toujours, et tout le monde

Les fleches blance sont replicas alors pas vraiment bonne 'fix'.
Adaption des fleches
Avant BEFORE

Take an original Orange blinker and crack the borders as shown on the photos

First drill a hole in the orange glass, crack te rest off (work in small steps, don't rush it).

Use a pneumatic/electric dremel to clean the border nice. Work in steps/layers untill you removed all the orange and original silicone.

Take the replica white blinker. Drill holes in the plastic holder, contect them to remove a large part of the holder. Use a drill and dremel or maybe cutting tool. Be carefull because the blinker is not as stronger as the original one. Watch out for too much pressure on the white glass, it easily crack.

Crack of the rest of the holder. Be carefull for too much pressure. Work in small steps.

When the holder is all removed, removed the small bits off silicone. Some place could be melded in. Removed them with scharp tool
Clean the rest of the glass, result
Take the replica white blinker. Drill holes in the plastic holder, contect them to remove a large part of the holder. Use a drill and dremel or maybe cutting tool. Difference between replica(chrome) and OEM holder (grey). The white blinker with OEM holder is more white. Looks better for me, less clearglass look, more retro.

Put transparent montagekit on the grey OEM holder

Mount the holder (without the glass) on the car. Don't mess up the silicone. Scew the holder on the 3 original points. Then glue the white glass on the holder. But a little bit pressure on it.

After several minutes unscrew the holder again when you feel that glass and holder is getting glued. Lay them upside down and put some extra silicone between glass and holder. So that water don't come in. When they are not waterthight you can drill a small hole on the bodom so that water can escape.

When gluetime is over. Mount the blinkers and enjoy the nice fitting blinkers

To separate the glass from the holder I tried heating. Don't , the paint on the inside changes. I also tried freezing. Helped a little bit, but dangerous with the replica. It make cracks easily.
So follow this manueel and you will have proper mounted white/oem blinkers in a few hours.

Jamais eu des problémes. Et j'aimerais que ca reste comme ca alors grand maintenance!
(le proprietaire avait dit qu'il a fait deja, mais t'es jamais sure et) Pendant le travail nous avons constater qu'il etait correct. C'est deja nouveau 'distributieriem'.

Voila. C'etait ma presentation de l'audi 80. J'ai encore un audi 90 de 85 mais ca c'est un grand project et pas encore pret alors pas de photos.
Je cherce encore le petit bar avant en chrome. Ca qui est sur le barchoc. Si quelqu'un vend ou veuillez changer (mon a un petit defect). Veullez me contacter.
